Put one end in a battery operated drill and a smalle piece of pipe on the other. Take a peace of ready rod a couple nuts with washers on it to hold the spool on the rod. I just roll it back up on the original spool. Can make a frame with a cradle for pipe to slip through to just set in back of pickup or in 2” receiver hitch or on 3 point. Make it as wide a you think needed to hold the wire. Weld a pipe between two disk e at least 5-6” pipe or it’ll be really slow to begin. Looking for ideas to roll it up easy and unroll easy and cheap so can be moved fast by kids, wife or myself.
